... is very good. Shift allowance and week end shift allowance are not part of CTC. For weekend work, you get paid for one day salary (CTC, not just basic). Good Work life balance.

Company should bring more projects from different clients.

They are really good company and pay their employees well.No micro management and lots of learning.Colleagues are really friendly and helpful.Over all really good but they just have one project with SAP.So job security is a little concern.

Ltd is good company I started my career from this company there is excellent work Performance, no work pressure,they provide handsome salary as well as allowance in future I will get one more chance definitely I will like join this company bcoz company environment is good there employees are frank and helping natural.

Company is being run by some vicious immature bunch of people. In the name of HR, this girl knows nothing. she just loves travelling and wtsapp, and literally no idea upon HR or legal responsibility. One fine day, she decides to fire all offshore, then she sends a termination letter to all. after 5 days she sends another mail to ignore the previous mail.

Please hire some people with experience in running HR and management. someone who at least understands that, there could be a legal consequence which could ruin the organisation for their stupidity.
