Most Leaders focussed on making their own kingdoms and exploitative in nature, other leaders leave the company. No international relocation even after 11yr+ working. Poor HR attitude.

...es employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.

Dislikes

Here for Operators category is getting very good salary and other benefits, as well as top most management getting good befit and composition. But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.
