1) Your appraisal is in your manager's hand. If your equations with them are not good then you are stuck. 2) Schneider leaves everything in your manager's hand. Be it appraisal, policy approval, etc. So your manager has to be very smart.

Good work environment. Salaries are always paid on time . Wonderful products and at Schneider there is ample amount of opportunity to grow as there are different business verticals.

Not much trainings conducted for employees, internal movement across the different business verticals is easy for GM and above while for managers and senior managers Internal job movement is very difficult

No promotion not much salary benefits Each year we're seeing salary drops and constantly hearing budget issues Management will gaslight you and benefit themselves They will say inclusion but will operate otherwise and show it off.
