I have observed that managers in Mumbai office are not willing to teach anything and over that they expect us to sit late daily. I have a pretty bad experience in terms of work culture in Schiller Healthcare. I request you all not to tell anything against Manager as this would result in job loss. I always believe mangers are those you can mange and guide their subordinate but in this case I have observed nothing like that. If anyone is joining this department I would suggest you to take utmost care in terms of working.

The co. is good. Salary is on last day of month. They also give salary slip. Appraisal also done every year. There is career growth.

Dislikes

In account department the senior person are not good. He smoke on the tarris. And there is late sitting every day. senior are not professionals. They talk tapory language with their employees.

Despite timely salary disbursement, the company's support during the challenging covid period was lacking. while salaries were consistently on time, the company's overall assistance to employees during the pandemic fell short of expectations.

After dedicating 5 years of hard work and commitment to this company, I regretfully resigned after five year due to the dismal leadership of Ajay Bora's (GM Accounts & Finance). Zero growth opportunities, rampant office polities, bad language and a lack of promotions made my tenure unbearable. Whenever I wanted a solution, he could never guide me . Management under Ajay Bora's directions failed to foster growth and created a toxic work environment . Regrettably , I can't recommend this company to anyone opportunities or a healthy work environment . The absence of career progression, coupled with the presence of toxic polities and managerial frustrations , severely hampers the overall employee experience.

Very good place for freshers.. provides good learning opportunity about the industry.

Dislikes

Less salary. Slow career growth. Salary will be delayed sometimes.. useless appraisal.. very very terrible work life balance.. no recognition for work.. manager always keeps yelling at employees.. no positivity around.. although work time is upto 6... it is frowned upon if we move out before 7.30 pm

Schiller India is a very good place to gain experience for freshers as it offers a wide range of products. Schiller India provides a very good learning opportunity for freshers.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. Although it provides a good learning experience, it gets saturated and no much career growth for employees based in Pondicherry. Poor work life balance
