The working environment is good as it is fast paced and there are so many day-to-day basis improvements where so many new things are learnt with on job training. Flexible work timings is good which can lead to better productivity. Theoretical classes are conducted which is a added advantage to learn deeply about the products which the company is manufacturing. Visiting suppliers place for inspection makes me understand how the manufacturing process work and improves my knowledge

In production /Operation department all are cooperative and good working environment. In shop floor maintaining high quality safety equipment and 100% PPE adherence. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. Nice working Culture. Flexible timings. Friendly management.
