But please don't join on pay roll through Adecco india pvt limited, am facing problem in pf they had different pf rules and they will not transfer pf amount . schenck will not taking care of issues they did.

Nothing is to like, The worst HR than ever I seen my career, Is blatantly started practice nepotism, consistently overlooking highly qualified candidates in favour of friends and family members of senior management from his home town (AP). Creating toxic work environment where meritocracy is completely disregarded, severely impacted employee morale. People lossed their life after HR decision on immediate sack from job, company's job retention rate is gone down(Almost 6 to 10 top senior Managers in different teams are sacked by wrong decision from last year). There is no action plan to improve the work culture, no supportive to employees wellbeing, doing bad politics. There is no job security, 1st u will get promise to arrange all support, later you side lined. Be ready to get email notice for not coming to holidays work. Better you join Proprietor company rather than this so called MNC , Company is good - But company management is not so good from last year.

Sacking senior experienced people who already proven their ability to demonstrate highly effective performance, rather than hiring influenced un fit persons who needs 6 months/ year to learn, adjust settle down with this environment and contribute to organisation. Sr people should stop taking feedback from underneath spie and start one to one discussion(Conversation) with colleagues. Need personal respect rather than criticize in public to show up your Sr position(Temporary) Calling you to work even on holidays and when you are in leave. No job security- Work hard & hard to get demotivated from superiors, Spreding rumours/ gossips by senior level people leads to demoralise with respect to personal outfit.

In production /Operation department all are cooperative and good working environment. In shop floor maintaining high quality safety equipment and 100% PPE adherence. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. Nice working Culture. Flexible timings. Friendly management. Highly recommend for new joiners Happy to work in production department, Excellent 3months rolling plan available. so we can plan accordingly. Will get Immediate solution for any manufacturing issues.
