There is no proper structure of work. Communication is the worst. No senior takes responsibility. Hardwork is not recognised. Sometimes they behave like a school. They test you spontaneously. Rather than doing the work, they get diverted to educate and test your theoretical knowledge. A person who gives productivity is not appreciated. Only who has conceptual knowledge are treated important. A person who has had a proper process of workflow will definitely find it difficult. Disloyal to the core. So much discrimination.
