Good place to learn life.

My experience is not positive due to serveral management issues. The work environment often feels tense, mainly because the manager's behaviour can be quite harsh and unpredictable. There is also a lack of fair and clear communication, with management decision sometimes feeling biased and unwelcoming. Dont get overjoyed by the leave benefits etc, this will be only provided after the probation.

Initially all looked good, but the more you be there , you will realise that politics have engulfed this organisation.

Dislikes

The organisation is not managed professionally . They lack experience and professional knowledge in dealing with clients. Somehow they manage routine jobs. But the moment, anything comes out of the box, they get puzzled. They pretend to be good to employees but actually they are not. You can smell of politics everywhere. They have a group of people, management listens to them only does not matter whether actually it is good or bad
