Good place to learn life.

Dislikes

My experience is not positive due to serveral management issues. The work environment often feels tense, mainly because the manager's behaviour can be quite harsh and unpredictable. There is also a lack of fair and clear communication, with management decision sometimes feeling biased and unwelcoming. Dont get overjoyed by the leave benefits etc, this will be only provided after the probation.

Initially all looked good, but the more you be there , you will realise that politics have engulfed this organisation.

The organisation is not managed professionally . They lack experience and professional knowledge in dealing with clients. Somehow they manage routine jobs. But the moment, anything comes out of the box, they get puzzled. They pretend to be good to employees but actually they are not. You can smell of politics everywhere. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
