...y young n modern employees employeers work there , good facilities Job security. And salary gets credited at the last date of the month for sure. One of My manager ( Rudy ) Everything and the way they treat us is great and teach us anytime with friendly.

Points to be noted 1. They only blame the lower employees 2.When ever there are escalations senior management plays blame game and puts it in the recruiters 3. They YELL at literally YELL at employees like WE ARE IN A BONDED LABOUR! 4.There is absolute chaos you may be working for one project in the morning and viola you are in a different one in the evening 5. There is no work life balance you are forced to work on Saturday and sometimes Sunday ( bonded labour) These were the likes :)

Considering the likes there is nothing to tell in dislikes Please don’t spoil your career by joining here they usually attract fresh minds and pay less

Every month salary delayed 5 to 10 dats compare salary date & is there pay roll team no response and there is no supportive management

Every Month salary delayed 4 to 10 days compares to salary sate & is there pay roll team jo response not helpful and management and reporting manager not supportive and use abusing words for employees. Management was not good

You're paid a salary to do a job. That's the only good thing. Smooth talking the right people gets you places. Even if you're incompetent at your job. Competence can survive here only if you choose to remain blind to the constant tense political atmosphere. You learn to never take a good company for granted after you work here.

Dislikes

Management is the worst. Even an instance of s*xual harrasment was brushed aside by all the women in upper management under the excuse 'Why didn't you inform us before?' I was actively discouraged from communicating things over email as it would be offical communication. They held back my bonus, and didn't even bother to inform me of the finer details that if I hadn't quit 1 day before, I would have received it. No, once i found out, they justified it. The TL was a piece of work. The CEO of this company is what no CEO should be. Arrogant, egoistic, and even jealous. Absolutely toxic atmosphere. Absolutely pathetic state of affairs here. DO NOT JOIN. Or join, take the money and lose your sanity. If you have worked in a semi decent environment, you're going to find it hard to take this organisation seriously. They only care about money.
