You get a lot of autonomy to try out new things. The best form of learning is through experimentation, which you can do it here. Team is very supportive and welcome to new ideas.

At times, parallel projects can cause you to stretch your working hours to meet deadlines.

I had 5 rounds of interview with them and no one told me the shift timings. I asked them multiple times the only thing they said was flexible shift timings. I joined the company on 27th April 2022 and after 2 days of joining they are saying the timings will be 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM + 1 hour as they said flexible timings. I said I wasn't prepared for this. This should be the first thing you would have communicated to me. I asked them at least give me 2 days time to think. They said you don't have time and this is it, return the laptop and they cancelled my offer of employment. They were very rude.
