Management who reports to CEO is misleading him with wrong feedback and shuffling of employees from one department to another department again and again. Impatient behaviour towards sales team

Caree growth is very easy to get the designation if you have a talent or management skills. Work environment is too good Cons: Work life balance is slightly imperfect. Target oriented pressure daily onwards weekends working too. If they change the domain it will be good.

The managers have made a terrible enviornment where there is no growth and no achievements is acknowledged. It feels just like a work place where is only work and balance between work and life. People hired are over qualified and they are assigned jobs which are no where mentioned in job description. There is no scope of learning in the company.

Its just that thed final product manufactured Is of good quality. The quality team is very good.
