no growth in Mastek as well as salary management is not good they think t they will be placing you on any role irrespective of the training you got in mastek if you are on bench they will tell you to resign from company worst appraisals

Job security , since covid situation they put employee on subbatical leave without salary . People who has already left previous organizations and join newly to mastek feeling worst decesion they have made to join mastek.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. But the resources sometimes lacks. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I got to travel abroad, especially to UK. But onsite travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a UK based client and they have offices across over the UK, hence I got the visa quickly.

... day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in night. I am working in Mastek for more than 4 years and my annual salary is not up to the mark as per the market where other engineers are getting paid much more than me with same experience.

After I joined, I had not assigned to any of the project. And on one day HR asked me to resign the job with one month notice period. I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper

Its not just about work they actually care about keeping employee motivated and happy. Overall the work culture is really good as per my experience, and it feels good to be part of a team where everyone is encouraged to grow and very helpful and enjoy their work. Definitely a great place to build a career
