Timely salary, Easily and achievable targets, Best part is its process and working, High authorities are always supported, Office head also very supportive person.

Inner politics, team leaders attitude towards employee, SM is not trustable.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Compensation is good.i have to attend Cllient calls in the late night. Salary is gud. But in that money half half the salary was spending for transport charges. So please provide atleast 2k fir allowence. Other wise all gud

Job security is very good and culture also good but salary is very poor and increment very low .

Our team leader qualifications is very low and culture is no good always use to slung language.But management is not necessary for that and they also not known about team leade's behaviour.
