I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company

Only thing which i don't like which is salary package otherwise their is nothing to dislike in this ompany

Respect in Society, Because as a RO you are posted in SBI branch and co role is of floor coordinator along with sales of Sbi Securities. So most people will think that you work for SBI Bank

Upper Management not good Less salary as compared to market Incentive plan is worst Dealing team 👎🏻 Less appraisal

I am working here since 2018 almost have 6 year experience....so can say senior employee in my location and also performed here very well like topper but still my salary is 21000 .....so this the major issue and reason that many senior executive switch here from here to another company

No job security,low salary, all senior are rude All day 10am to 6pm torcher , all the seniors and HR think that they own’s company, neither they resolve any compliant, concall at every 2 hours it’s very irritating, high pressure job, multiple reporting

... that. They just need business doesn't matter how you gonna achieve your target. No work life balance and don't ask about salary that's really low. In case any month you can not achieve your target by 10th of the same month they start torturing you. Call from your TL in every 2 hrs., they ask you to report regional office daily before and after you report your allotted branch.
