I have 6yers experience hear but salary not satisfied ,new joinee are getting more then me almost double for same position There is a bond of 6 years with this company

It's it's very good opportunity to work with SBI cap securities why because so some other companies work style is different and under SBI Bank work culture is different amazing wonderful we can go up to retirement also with grate Team support

Salary is decent but career grow th and everything is ok ok but you can and tribble of your salary as an incentive

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.
