In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.

It's issue about low salary, holiday weekend not allowed, some seniors behaviour very rude and harrasment. Company HR not responded after leaving job, some manager HR not understanding what is situation about employee. Very badly speak in front of our team, ts hurt.

There is no work life balance in the company. There is huge salary gap in sales and operations. Work load is unevenly distributed between male and female employees. There is overtime on regular basis and male employees are forced to work overtime and times cooercive language is used. KRA is not properly set and you don't know on which basis you will be rated. Reporting manager is free to use any misappropriate language and HR manager completely support any misdeeds of managers and does every best to supress your complaint.
