Insurance advisors get only commissions based on the product they sell.. No salary.. No job security.. Nothing.. If you sell you get commission, otherwise no money.. There r people who make good money as an insurance advisor.. But i couldn't.. Good selling skill is needed to be a successful insurance agent.. Misselling happens all time.. The client interest is not taken care.. Even persons at top level of management don't know the difference between RRR n normal return.. They don't even know what's RRR.. Financial literacy should be given.. All learned persons know that insurance is not an investment but insurance advisors r taught that it's a good investment return product.. And it's also hard to make a layman wise on financial products.. Even educated people are reluctant to invest money in insurance.. Like I said, a good salesman can definitely make money.. But people with client' interest, ethics would find it hard.. My experience is less, not even 1 year but this is what I learned..

There is nothing I dislike.. Good infrastructure.. Brand name s there.. But you have to toil hard to get clients.. Because no client means no commission and you have to reach a sales target for regular income.. No money is given to meet your indirect expenses like petrol etc..

Good work environment and cultural.there is many good policies.give good salary or commission.and company is branded and good response from coustomar.

There is some policies are not good.senior support is very worthy.there is lot of problem to issue policy and a huge terget for for every month.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am working from last 8 year but my salary is very low. If someone working is in other companies and they switched from there to here they are getting good CTC. If you are working in good location and if your assign branch and branch manager is good so you can get promotion but if you not working in good location or your assign branch is not good it's very deficit to get promotion.

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.
