... comparatively slow as other nbfc are pretty fast in each and every process.....but if you are looking for a long career opportunity without expecting any promotion or a neutral salary this company is the best in industry but you have to be smart enough in your field of responsiblity

the company is a mess and is a terrible mix of a sarkaari and corporate setup. they are a bunch of clueless aimless people and even the management doesn't what are they headed to achieve. the company has no clear vision.

The Top Management are Deputed from SBI for an average tenor of 2yrs. This means that by the time the management is in a position to take hold of everything, it's time for them to repatriate back to SBI.
