Pretty good salary package compared to other banks credit card section, quite free to work

No career growth at all, too much politics, no job security, moreover if u don't achieve daily target u may get Loss of Pay

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Overall SBI Card is good and talking job security 100 % assurance is there and Work culture as per current scenario is changed and company is very aggressive in nature .Company policies is not changing on regular basis and Company is aiming for more profits in this pandaemic crisis for the development of Company's growth year on year

Company has to compensate salary for the employees as per industry standards I belive, still this has not done since 2017 onwards ...

Working with sbi card is helpful to developing skills and knowledge about marketing ,sales and nature of custmors.

Dislikes

Less salary as comparing ti work timing and targets. And have no opporturenities of pramotins.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management
