Overall SBI Card is good and talking job security 100 % assurance is there and Work culture as per current scenario is changed and company is very aggressive in nature .Company policies is not changing on regular basis and Company is aiming for more profits in this pandaemic crisis for the development of Company's growth year on year

Dislikes

Company has to compensate salary for the employees as per industry standards I belive, still this has not done since 2017 onwards ...

Depends on the location n your boss. Work life balance is super.

No growth to senior people. Due to vintage employee not moving. Lot of people are moving due lack of motivation and growth and appraisal not happening. No transpency

Roles are challenging hence learning will be tremendous. One will get opportunity to work on all aspects of business. Very aggressive in approach. Good for people who are go getters. Incentives are very lucrative.

Dislikes

Low renumeration, poor annual increments, HR is not so strong, regular change in top management creates problems on strategy and direction part. Poor growth opportunities.
