... Delhi and Gurgaon location. I got selected and received a call from Mr chandel. Salary discussion was done but they stopped picking my call. I was worried and later on got to know that it was filled within the company... My request to all don't waste your time here. Poor leadership and management..

No cons Nothing Just you get salary but if you can't sell daily wise then your salary will cut showing as leave.

Just a good advice never ever join SBI card. You'll regret if you ever joined this kind of company. Specifically I'm saying about the employees. They are not doing anything they just give employees pressure till night 10PM

Overall it was good but as I was working for the past 4 years there was so increment in salary..I had fixed salary 9000 for the past 4 years. Since It is a well reputed company but no promotion for employees no appraisal nothing..This is the reason I left the job.

No appreciation to employees no appraisal no increments in salary...work environment is not healthy..full politics played amongst the employee and the manager.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management

If you aren't sale a credit card daily basis. Your BRM always warn you I will terminate from job. Day 1 itself sales is started. If you new joinee you can learn about product not quick. but BRM is horrible on you while your not sale a card. Job security for this job less. You aren't sale you will terminate anytime that 1 month or 2 month or 10 days..
