I do not feel like a job secured in this company because it is a third party pay roll pay. I have to go to the roll

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Salary is less than industry average for most but very good for some, high level of disparity. Appraisals are okay but short of giving either monetary growth or growth in terms of job designation. Managers are not supporting in terms of working as a team, and try to load all the work on the subordinates. Also there is no training happening so growth and learning is limited. Training is provided only for a lucky few. HR is totally non existent and non supportive with an indifferent attitude towards your problems. Also there is no parking facilities for mid level employees also, and I company transport. The company also lacks work from home policy.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management

If you aren't sale a credit card daily basis. Your BRM always warn you I will terminate from job. Day 1 itself sales is started. If you new joinee you can learn about product not quick. but BRM is horrible on you while your not sale a card. Job security for this job less. You aren't sale you will terminate anytime that 1 month or 2 month or 10 days..

The seniors are not at all professional and also the work culture is very bad..after the duty hour also employees have to work until the target is not completed...there is no holidays even on Sundays u have to work

The company is third party..no payroll employees here..the work culture, salary everything is bad here..your mental peace will be zero if u work here..I would recommend not to work here
