It is target based job if you are achieving your targets them they will push you hard to get higher but if you couldn’t complete one day target from daily targets they will insult you more then your salary you need to work like ox but no payback as work . Seniors thinks that they bought you.

Everything , no extra pays to go far places to get customers, no perfect salay very low pay, no good behaviour of seniors,

Basically I handling the team just which executive in depth by which branch and all applications are dispatch & any issues in Sbi branch that cases. I will go and solve the issues......

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...st because the company exhausted the budget they recover it from our incentives. In future they may recover from our salary also. A good company will recover the budget from incremental business in the future. But this company asks us to work in past, which is never possible unless there's a time travel. Even though company is profitable we are supposed answer for even buying a pen or pencil. Yes we understand that it's company's money. But more than that we are doing business not mathematics. If company doesn't change this culture they are going to lose more good employees everytime. More importantly the company thinks only SBI card provides job opportunities in India which is a foolish thing. Top management has to wakeup or they may see high level of attrition in coming days and as well as business drop. Company is pretty much ok with the business drop but they won't pay your incentives which motivates for increased business. The incentives were hard earned by spoiling our health and losing our work life balance. Totally a high level of disappointment
