Only Work Timing & Ontime salary only good.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

If you aren't sale a credit card daily basis. Your BRM always warn you I will terminate from job. Day 1 itself sales is started. If you new joinee you can learn about product not quick. but BRM is horrible on you while your not sale a card. Job security for this job less. You aren't sale you will terminate anytime that 1 month or 2 month or 10 days..

The seniors are not at all professional and also the work culture is very bad..after the duty hour also employees have to work until the target is not completed...there is no holidays even on Sundays u have to work

Salary on time but they will cut salary as per their mode. Nothing good

Very very bad culture & ethics, very very bad management, No leave, no respect, very bad work life balance, manager's are bad , everything is worst worst & wrost. So much pressure & Targets . I worked one year but my mental & physical health going down for very bad work life & pressure.

Got an idea about credit card. Learn about customer. Interact with the superior officers of SBI Bank.

Dislikes

Worked for one month, not salary got yet. Lit of money had been dent for this. If asks the superior officers about salary they don't have any answer. How could this be possible. Why don't they understand my situation. It was a terrible experience. Other employees who came from other companies such as Randstad, had got the salary. Why don't this company not giving the salary. This is my right to ask about this. Because I had selflessly done my job without any benefits.
