Sbfc have no ownership quality ... There was no work culture.. They don't understand about employees emotions.. Reporting Boss and His reporting Boss are totally disgusting people..Also they have no sense for the customers views to understand..

Unskilled superiors they have no clear answer and solution for issues, no further action and appreciation about the reports,top management have no idea about what going in departments but they are busy in social media for spreading wrong ideas about the company.Department head have his own parelel policies against the company policy,no support from superiors everything based on politics.

Joining package is good after that no growth,it's only their trap.

Office culture is very bad, promotion is done on the besis of how much you oil your unskilled superiers .How this company get best place to work title it's a big question,if any one who wants to spoil their career then they are welcome, it's a very worst company I have ever work.

They are just taking advantage of employee's weakness. They just offered only 2000 rs hike from my previous company salary as they r offering d post for my home town . Useless company. Would never ever refer any of my contacts to SBFC.

Culture is toxic. No working environment. Politics for salary increment. Over all base less and company is going no where.

No reason to like SBFC. all managers are worst in everything. Broken chairs , old school computers eating employees salary by making them victim . HR s are worst in system. Not giving salary . not clearing cases just taking login fees from customer and rejecting the cases. Work starts at 8 am and 11pm should be in office (godown)

Entire company. Yelahanka branch Greatest ASM Mr Devaraj has no money to run his family . Cheating and begging are his part time job inside office.
