I would like to company given salary without deduction due to April and may.but we are working in lockdown time at my home....and may full month going at office and work on field.

Not received appraisal and hike with in 11 months here.

They are just taking advantage of employee's weakness. They just offered only 2000 rs hike from my previous company salary as they r offering d post for my home town . Useless company. Would never ever refer any of my contacts to SBFC.

Culture is toxic. No working environment. Politics for salary increment. Over all base less and company is going no where.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Very worst company to work with. There is no value of HR policies, no working hours, no working days, no balance personal life, no final settlement after leaving the company, no relieving letter. Company spoil your career. I advise not to join the company.
