Nothing... They are core specialised to running a " Lala ki Dukaan"... No policy, Fake commitment,,, they can pass-on the things like " ye management ka decision hai" even they don't know that Who is the management in their company. Sab ke sab Lala bethe hai... Inka client b fake or ye SBOS bhi Fake hai. Join this Lala ki company at your Own RISK.

...lect they real face of Lala... Pura ke pura MD se lekar sb Lala bhare hue hai.. If they give you less salary and say that will give you BONUS... Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
