Savvysoft Technologies is one of the best staffing industry. I have been worked almost five years here. Initially, I started as fresher. Now, I promoted as a Manager. I learn lot of new technologies, upcoming skills and recruitment process etc. Very good appraisal and salary packages for fresher. The working culture also good. The most important thing is job security. Good company to growth next level.

...rk culture, nice co-operation and support from the management and the collogues. Work-Life balance is great, Salary and other benefit packages are better than normal. Employees can easily connect with higher officials. Employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR Department. Importance given to health and safety to each and everyone. Medical insurance for the employee and their family members also provided. Providing variety and delicious food.

Satisfied work, healthy and peaceful work environment, we can build our career to a great extent, also the shift timings are flexible. good place to work to improve our knowledge towards work and also useful to gain experience

Travelling to office takes a bit time when using public transport, Practical training is better, Few changes to be done in terms of process. Overall the team strength is very less, Reduce in Sleep for few hours.

I like the work infrastructure and all the ARM's and also senior recruiter will help me for reaching my goal. Job satisfaction is the most important one to being in an organization here I'm feeling the comfort to work and I'm proud to be in part of this team. Thanks!
