...ture is quite less professional. 3. Company policies are not too much strict. 3. Appraisal are good with attractive bonus. 4. Organization take care of individual and give full chance to give new ideas and growth of newcomers. 5. No senior can humilat junior as top management is very transparent. I am a part of Savitri family from past 8 yeast and my overall experience is outstanding.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
