Worst company ever. Salary payments are pending every month. They always hold last two or three months salary. My last two months salary has not been paid, and they are also holding my certificates.

...ompany was lagging behind in many aspects. Further its economic status was poor. Salary payment to the employee was highly irregular and settlement for the ex-employee was unduly delayed .

1. Changing company policies every week as per management's mood. 2. Every month's salary will he delayed by 2-3 months, that also we will get partial salary (again how much % partial will be decided by management only, mostly 30-50% salary only we are getting). 3. Employment bond will keep increasing, so that people cannot go out of organisation. 4. No promotions at all, instead they will be saying we are going to cutoff your salary or reduce as per performance. 5. Have you ever heard of internship is having minimum 6 months bond? Here you will hear and you will see few poor peoples sitting as intern from last 1.5 years 6. If you ask management about anything unfair, you will be fired saying you have violated company policies or your performance is poor and you will not get relieving letter or experience letter 7. Employment bond is worst and will keep changing as per management's thouts, if you leave in 1st year you have to pay 1 lac, in 2nd year it will be 2.5 lac and in 3rd year it will be more than 3 lac as per their decision. 8. Strictly rolling shifts and don't expect any shift allowance at all (Not giving salary in full amount from many months so don't expect anything extra, but they will deduct as per their mind). 9. No good project to learn, just random tickets which you have to solve anyhow otherwise your performance will be calculated as low and you will fired with a bad review. 10. I have seen more than 10 people fired in last six months who raised voice against unfair company behaviour and monthly changing policies. If you want to experience hell and want to spoil your career, mental health and financial situation Please go ahead and join. If you don't, then please try not to even give interview there, otherwise they will fool you with fake image and stupid promises and you will be trapped for next uncountable years.
