i liked still becouse save the children are excellent organization in the world ,supporting poor of the poor children and mothers for educations,prevention of killer diseases ,like preventing of malnutrition,child safeguard,zoonotic diseases, protections etc

only salary and benefits are very low,that is why i give resignation because i working with remote area last 13years there is no any changing your lifestyle only hand to mouth .if its change i will back to to save the children

They didn't credit salary for last month(October) of my working. They detect pf but they didn't even create pf account. Not sure are they really helping kids in my opinion. Not much career development.

...cipate in workshops/training's it was build my capacities and holds on subjects. The salary structure and Human resource policy is fantastic.

Dislikes

The project was closed and all the team members was discontinued. The organization needs to reallocate in other programs but unfortunately it was not done by the save the children organization.

Nothing good in save the children

Dislikes

No value of employee in save the children, Less increment in salary, fraud to the employee. We are working for incentive if we achieved then they changed our incentive plan from good to bad. The work pressure is very high.

The environment is excellent and PPL working in r well behaved

Dislikes

...sed so pressure is too high. The team leader and manager was too good by person. Even I was toper of the company and got high in salary even got incentives.
