It is just a job...i try to do my work to the best of my abilities but dont like working here. Dont have a good Manager. He does not look after his staff and only look at his own pocket. NO INCREASES OR BONUSSES

Dislikes

Lots of "politics", no salary increases, not honoring their contracts, not a good work environment, no growth, no job security, no teamwork. Food and living quarters for the expats is disgusting. Very bad health insurance.
