A EXCELLENT WORKING ATMOSPHERE IS THERE, A VERY GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE A BOUGHT INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND AIRLINE WORKS. THE SAUD BAHWAN GROUP IS OFFERING GOOD BACHELOR AND FAMILY ACCOMMODATION( INCLUDING ELECTRICITY,WATER...ETC), TRANSPORTATION, FOOD AND ALL. RATHER THAN EVERYTHING THE SULTANATE OF OMAN WAS A BEST PEACEFUL AND ENJOYABLE COUNTRY IN GCC.

CARRIER AND SALARY GROWTH WAS VERY LOW.

Punctuality, salary is to time to time, good skills, Annual leave passage, Free transportation to Annual leave going and coming up home dropping, Free medical care and food facilities and free accommodation in staff room each..

Some time I have not dislike about our field there are no options for progressive employees chances to go ahead for there better future in there field work...JOHN VAZ

The facilities are par excellent. Salary is being received on date without fail. 5 days a week - working days with 2 days holidays. General Office timings 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Poor increment. No promotion for last 10 years. Ex-cratia (bonus) stopped from 2012

It's legendary company in its old days. Salary on time, Good infrastructure. Now this company is on there last days. Due poor management, Omanisation rules Big competition from UAE companies.

No increment, promotion ,No OT. So no future so work here for temporarily.

Good food and transport provided by company. Since there is no incentive, increment and bonus, there is no job pressure or harsh follow ups from managers.

Dislikes

No growth, incentive, bonus. No evaluation of performance and subsequent upraisal. Company functioning because of being sole distributor of toyota products in oman.Top management is callous towards employee needs. Everywhere you turn in the company at all levels, nobody talks good about the company and everybody talks about the gone by golden days during the previous chairman. Heavy attrition of good talent due to this indifference. Managers and department heads all are helpless.
