Working here in SBA was a learning curve for certain period of time.your colleagues will mostly be of South Indian states which will make you want to learn one extra language.there is strong politics in every branch offices either it will be of language oriented or religion oriented.work life balance values are very low comparing other english management companies

There are numerous reasons you can point out being an employee since the pricing system Is very high in SBA be it vehicle sales or parts salesman or service you will be the one facing omani customers and 99% of the time the customer wil be irated didn’t Tim the high rates,they naturally have anger against the current chairman Mohammed Saud bahwan,salary is very low comparing the market.if you don’t start tourneys job in SBA in a high position or in a family status you will never reach that position since there is no salary hike or appraisal or promotion.even for the NATIONALs(omanis ) SBA is forced to give the 3% increments at the startin of every year apart from that there is no so called hike for any human....Read More

The facilities are par excellent. Salary is being received on date without fail. 5 days a week - working days with 2 days holidays. General Office timings 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
