Job security...this company not changed over past 8 years...still rely on customer billings for employee wages...even for small impact in business will impact on employees...Satyam computer followed Virtual pool program before 8 years when they are at business struggle...even after 8 years approach didn't change for Satyam venture...they just use name VPP to fire people... forcing employees to leave company once their experience is high at this critical situation....do not suggest to anyone who is looking for long career growth...

... balance is good , *Minimum Appraisal they will give , *employee recognition *10% variable pay . Dam sure you will get 10% variable pay for every 3 months , *Trainings will provide .
