Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No proper appraisal, no proper company structure no proper followups but it is CMMI level 3 company relieving will be worst they won't have proper strategies, technology upgrade is not acceptable by the seniors

Dislikes

Poor management, Waste HR department. Compensation is very less and there is no growth. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 24 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals and unique strengths. I receive appreciation from my client but not from management. If I ask any doubt about my work to superior their response is improper. Appraisal is very less.

Nothing is good in here...they are our time and use employee like wage workers

Dislikes

If you put leave they mark it as 2 days leave and take your salary of that day..these things are not known to management level...these HR suck your money and they use that ...any they send my friend to buy milk packet for his tea...not good they treat BE graduate student like daily wagers.

If you choose this company spoil your careers. 8k salary is fixed for life long. Company don't know about appraisals. You will travel across India. Travel only for train. Work environment & infrastructure is very very worst.
