...perform well but you’ll never get. Because the company is also not making money. -Salary comes usually after 10-15 days after. -Company runs from mon-sat but you’ll be expected to work on sundays also. -There is no work culture as such. Work life balance also doesn’t exist here. - There is no respect for the employees. -I was mentally drained while working here. So please beware.

- a lot..even being HR, i was asked to do whatever CEO wish for! - every time he came up with something from ChatGPT - He even asked me to push some policy which is not right but given he is boss i have to use it! - gladly most people are fresher, so they don't against it!! - soon i realize company can't grow so put down paper as lack of ownership and so - salary delayed - long hour work - your work ChatGPT should not be able to do it otherwise its waste of your work - ask me to convince new joiner on something futuristic story without giving any hike.
