Got the apportunity to upgrade my skills with working there.

Dislikes

Bad culture to work, wrong Promisses are made. Employee not treated well. No appreciation. The CEO dosent leave a change to shout or use appropriate language. Limits are crossed whilw speeaking to Employee. The compay interfears in the Employee personal life alot (where stats, frnds, Outings etc.) There is alot of favourism in the employees by the department. No protocol followed management is not set well. After wrking with this company i feel i better stay at home only after somuch of torture.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
