Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Nothing to like here.

Dislikes

...years of joining, they will not give you experience letter and releaving letter. They dont even send you salary slips, you have to call accounts department 2 3 times in every month to get your salary slip. If they do send salary slip, it is sent as email and not pdf. They try everything so you wont be able to leave and if you leave, other organisations will not accept you due to their weird salary slips and everything. They even dont have a PF account for an employee. You will see a new HR head every 3 months because no HR will stay here. Think before you join. You will ruin your entire career. They even dont provide you a laptop to work on, you will have to buy your personal laptop to work for them.
