All team mates are supportable.

Dislikes

...he company. They will deduct some balance and will not give your money easily. Salary comes late there. For Field Engineers there are many problems.you have to go to field on any day and after that when you are not in field you have to attend office. There is no fixed work. Many problems in taking leaves.

Work culture is very good, Seniors are very supportive. Got a chance to learn new Satellite communication based technology. Ans when i m working as a territory Engineer then i was staying home except when I was on site visit. And all bills were reimbursed by the company on time. And in some situation advanced provided by company.

I have been working here since 6 years and very satisfied with the work culture here. There are no any undue pressure for time/work. Every employee here gets the opportunity according to their expertise. Job security is must in this current scenario and this company fulfills the same requirement. Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
