Trust me, you are at the right place!. People are very kind and helpful. You get to work on microcontroller-related work. Work-life balance is a must-say thing here, great peace of mind (5 stars for that). Management values your feedback and tries to work on it. I am surprised to see management that too in a startup that gives so much respect to the employees and supports them, hats off to the Founders, loved working with them. Great opportunity to learn new skills. When companies say they treat you as family generally it's a myth, but here they genuinely care about you and treat you as family and you grow together.

Dislikes

Need to work on better technologies, and better projects in-house. The place of work needs an upgrade and should focus on inventing/developing more products. Appraisals can be made better. I genuinely wish the management would see this message and work on it and I know they will.
