Company environment and work culture is best, visibility is high, respect & recognition for your work is very good. Managers will usually approve leaves and respect work life balance. Leaders are easily reachable. Your ideas will be heard and appriciated! If are someone like to grow in carrier its easy to grow here.

Dislikes

...sation for long term workers is average like many other service based companies. They give good compensation for new hire with poor quality of workers but not for the ones who stay for long and work smart/hard.

Less work pressure, getting salary on time, good manager

They have service agreement if you are joining as fresher ,most of the time you have to be on bench even if you are joining as a experience and after 2 3 months of bench they will ask to resign. Less opportunities to get billable. Join if you don't have any other opportunities

Dislikes

... never like the management team. They don't know how to interact with fresher. If you are fresher please do not get trap just for some extra compensation. (ps : english ignore karna, jitna aata tha likh diya)
