Dislikes

They have service agreement if you are joining as fresher ,most of the time you have to be on bench even if you are joining as a experience and after 2 3 months of bench they will ask to resign. Less opportunities to get billable. Join if you don't have any other opportunities

...n working in Sasken Pune since last three years. Very good company for freshers.During covid there is no salary cut for project as well as bench guys. But there is no salary increment this year. Work environment is good. Job security is also very good.

There is a bond of 3 years before which you can not resign. No good hike for the senior engineer. There is no fix work.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
