They have service agreement if you are joining as fresher ,most of the time you have to be on bench even if you are joining as a experience and after 2 3 months of bench they will ask to resign. Less opportunities to get billable. Join if you don't have any other opportunities

Learning new technologies while working. Company cared about environment like avoiding plastic items.encouraging employees for the good to society

Average salary hikes. after some years You feels like stuck in same routine desk work no change in working

No good projects, no good salary, no training, no skill development, career growth is nil, no proper canteen, HRs and mangers treated technical team like ediots, Unskilled people getting higher pay and rule others (including managers). Only HRs enjoy their life at sasken. Management should take steps properly. If 90 percentage of HRs and managers are chucked out then the company will start improving. Many people who are technically strong have left the company due to many cons. And fresher's, please don't join this company if you take your career seriously.
