It's a great place for an engineer to start their career. People here are so encouraging about skill development. Good projects going on.

Salary isn't upto mark. Recognition and appraisal rewards can be improved a lot.

- Salary and compensation could be slightly better considering the office is in Bengaluru

Less work pressure, getting salary on time, good manager

They have service agreement if you are joining as fresher ,most of the time you have to be on bench even if you are joining as a experience and after 2 3 months of bench they will ask to resign. Less opportunities to get billable. Join if you don't have any other opportunities
