Overtime duty was asked to do and that also without pay and even late night to stay or till very early morning so the personal life gets totally hampered.

No Job Security, Salaries are not paid on time. Employees are treated like beggars.. Yeah it seems a good place if you are good at buttering & Bluffing. Employees are not allowed to off on even National Holidays and Festivals. No Ethics or company culture. No Scope of learning new things and no Opportunities for career growth for Hard Workers. Not a Place to work for the people Who are career Oriented, With Passion or Zeal. Not Even basic facilities or amenities provided to the employees

Sometimes only client will come , whenever they come learned how to interact and market requirements.. but number of walk-in is very very less in there.

...nt waste your precious and please dont buy.. They are expensive for nothing .. No salary on time No growth No proper timings No time to eat They will blame you for their own mistake. No hike No offer letter Not at all good environment No week offs they will give No combo off Will cut salary for no reason Many and many more.. Ample amount of opportunities if one says yes to what so ever comes next. People who like to work outside the box this is the best place to be.

There is nothing to dislike here only the need for improvement with systematic management and team work is there. I take that also like a challenge of managing things on my own.

Working space and growths is terribly bad. Too much unnecessary pressure . I never recommend anyone to join this organization.No respect to the employees.
