...yee in this organisation. We have learnt so many things from our organisation. Our management has given us lots of benifits, specially during covid situation, they never reduced or deducted our salary. At this situation we got increment, incentive& bonus& included the bill of vaccination.

Sometimes the management lack discipline. They become reluctant and fail to take necessary steps required against some employee. Sometimes there are also some inner politics. Designation during a longer period remains same, the scope of promotion is lesser.
