I worked at SAS One for a year, but when I resigned, they took it personally, holding back my salary and experience. The work culture lacked respect for developers, and the upper management added pressure without having the necessary skills. It's been a disappointing experience overall.

Opportunities for growth are abundant, with regular training and advancement pathways. Work-life balance is good. People here are friendly and very helpful. I've learned a lot from this organization. I'm happy to be a part of this team.
