Feedbacks and Reviews are the backbone of any system or organization to improvise the services offered. At the same time these feedbacks and reviews only matter when given by a genuine mindset not by animosity,malovence and ill will. Same with the review above when a candidate is rejected during the recruitment process for not meeting the requirements of organisation , this sort of review is nothing very surprising. But a few or can say only one candidate did this type of unethical behaviour till now. As far as our HR policy is concerned we strictly abide by the high moral values as we believe when we are in education field our faculties must also be capable of holistic development of students whether it is academic, social or moral development. Thats why we refrain from candidates who have a very casual work approach and have uncouthy behaviour during interviews. Further the people who are associated with Sarvanga are working at highest satisfaction level interms of renumerations and work atmosphere.
